Where can I find my receipt?
After your payment is complete on myCabCo, you will receive an email confirmation receipt, and a receipt will be stored in the "Receipts" section of your profile. Follow the steps below to find your receipt on myCabCo:
Note: If you proceeded as a guest user, you will not be able to access the receipt on the website. Contact mycabco@payitgov.com for further assistance.
1. Click the profile icon located in the top right-hand corner of the webpage, and then select Payments.
2. Select a receipt to view more information.
3. Click on a specific receipt for more information.
Note:
- ACH/eCheck payments can take 3-5 business days to clear and receipts will be emailed immediately after the payment clears.
