Remove a property account from your profile
If you have moved or no longer own a property, you can stop receiving notifications and bills from myCabCo by removing or "unlinking" your property account by following the directions below:
Note: Unlinking will not affect the property’s ownership status or any taxes that may be due. Any remaining property taxes will still be due for unlinked properties and will be delivered via mail.
1. To begin, visit myCabCo or access your mobile app and sign in to your profile.
2. Next, click on Explore Service
3. Under Things to do click Remove an Account.
4. Select the account(s) you want to unlink and click Submit.
Note: If you only have one property linked, proceed to Step 4.
5. Click Yes, unlink.
